Hi Mark, Your holiday photos of Anguilla look really inviting. I hope you had a good break. The new camera looks as though its doing a good job. Glad I've found the new site. Bev.
There was such a great choice of Restaurants in Anguilla, all open may I say as well. This one Caprice was just up the road from Cap Juluca. A really good Italian Restaurant. Enjoy.
Caprice.
Ricotta Cheese & herbs in a filo pastry.
Wild Smoked Salmon with grated fennel.
Lobster Torteli, 3 large triangular pastas stuffed with lobster & tossed in a very rich lobster bisque, it was soooooo rich.
This last one was a 75% African bitter chocolate torteli stuffed with wild porcini mushrooms. yumeeeeee !
Bunny, that's a real good post, so I will give you a real good answer! Certainly nothing like that! I'm trying to lose a few pounds after 3 meals a day for 9 days, plus wine & beer. So no Sunday dinner for me today.Let me welcome you to the new forum, and hope you get some pleasure and enjoyment out of it,and can give some informative, clear and precise answers to the many questions I'm sure will come our way. Warm Regards,
Hi Mark, is the Frangipani hotel still open? his located on a bay before the Maliouana Hotel.I use to work there for a year, and Anguila is a nice island for shure! nice photos;)
Hi, yes it is, in fact we had breakfast there the last morning. We were staying at Carimar Beach Club (a smaller version of something like Antigua Village), just further up the beach from Frangipani, and just down from Malouihana. In fact we had a half day spa treatment there on our last full day there too, it was fantastic. That's me on the balcony at the spa, after a body polish, aromatic oil scented bath and a full body massage. Just a simple shower this morning I'm afraid ! Regards,
