Farmers Market / Fish Market Open Days

Can anyone please advise what days / hours the Farmers Market is open . Is one day better than any other to shop ? Also I was told the local fisherman bring their catches to an area near the Farmers Market is this correct if so what days and times are best to meet them at the dock area ?

I assume that Saturday morning is still the best day to hit the produce market in town? Also, does a produce boat from Dominica come into Antigua during the week and if so, which day and where? Another question, is there a location where the local fishermen bring in their catches for sale to the public? And finally, the cheapest spot to buy a case or 2 of Carib and Ting? 12 of us are spending 10 days in Antigua (6 kids, 6 adults) at month's end. Lots of cooking at home so need find our best sources for food/produce/beer! Thanks all.

Have you ever been to Kennedy's on Lower Market St.? Their prices are probably the best. We've noticed a difference in prices between EPI and Bailey's and Dockside so prices do vary. sorry I can't tell you exactly how much.
